I agree! I resisted and bought late, but it was just pure joy when I held it.
Their beauty is so difficult to capture by picture.
BTW - I spy your *wee* dude again Chip.
That's a nice Tebineri!
Ohhh now looking back, nice Deishi Shiro family!
I should get mine together. Not as many of yours,
I would have to add in my white Seigan to look that
impressive. Cool!

Thanks Iannon and Victoria.
Sorry for the phone shots ... they do not begin to capture the beauty of these.

And yeah, still 2 kyusu still availalble too.
Speaking of 2, 2 are always better than 1!

I really have been tempted by those kyusu.

Thanks. Oh yeah, you should! This one is really amazing! And while I got it to be a set with the Yunomi Tebineri-s, it looks great with any Hagi blues, greens, whites ... just about anything.

Hardly the black sheep of the seacuke clan, this Seigan Chawan is the star of the family, IMHO.
Pardon the phone shotz, best I can do at the moment.
Yet Matcha still steals the show!
More photos under the MatChaWan topic.

I love Kashun's work, I will need to get more of his work. Where did you happen to get this cup? If you want to share your sources

Not to be a buttinshi, the source was AN and they have been sold out for quite a while.
They were a pretty cheap offering for Kashun, no wood box, makes me think that Kashun produced these in a pretty large scale.
