Re: Ode to the Kyusu
The subtle color variations are really marvelous. Plus it's a very sweet shaped little orb. Really gorgeous.

Ode to the Kyusu
This is my new Tokoname kyusu by Maekawa Junzo--the tea is Yuuki-Cha's Miyazaki Tokujo Kamairicha (I think):

Very nice Pig Hog!. Here's my newish Hohin. Its amazing how its impossible to block this. You can literally stuff it with fuka and it still empties to the last drop in less then 5 seconds.
I've got a real soft spot for Hohins. They are really personal and tactile. Proper little friends

Excellent... and that sounds like the ultimate sales pitch to me (especially having just dealt with a fuka that did block up the houhin...Alex wrote:Its amazing how its impossible to block this. You can literally stuff it with fuka and it still empties to the last drop in less then 5 seconds.

How many holes?
Re: Ode to the Kyusu
It's one of Sean's earlier houhins, and has 11 holes. I had it jam-packed with a futsumushi today and it did fine, so maybe it's just the fukas....

Might be the holes, this one is 32
Re: Ode to the Kyusu
Wow, that is a lot of holes. I'm not sure any of my other houhins have that many. I'll definitely have to check it out!Alex wrote:Drax wrote:It's one of Sean's earlier houhins, and has 11 holes. I had it jam-packed with a futsumushi today and it did fine, so maybe it's just the fukas....
