Re: Today's MatchaWan :D (new name, but tea's the same)
Thank you everyone!
It is a Jay Strommen chawan, and I have posted pics of it previously on this topic.
(No need to remove my previous post Big C -
)
ps - the Strommen 'mermaid' chawan makes its first appearance on page 39 of this topic, then pages 40, 47, 48, and 56.

Nice new chawan Nenugal!
And it looks like you've broken it in.
A new chawan can be so satisfying
.
New Pagasari chawan, been soaking, soaking, soaking for several days, I'm going to hazard a bit of matcha in it after I'm done posting.
(my first attempt at attachments - hope this works

And your new Pagasari is really something special too! I didn't know raku came in so many colors, I have to browse and enjoy the pictures on his etsy-shop a bit it seems

Re: Today's MatchaWan :D (new name, but tea's the same)
I christened the 'Nebula' chawan today.
Love this chawan! Feels great in my hands, handles/contains whisking really well (my other Pag tends to allow splashing/sloshing).
Yay!
