I thought I might be crazy when I thought that the aroma of tea alone had qi, but apparently not!

I've been using lavender aromatherapy oil for years to sleep better, and I really think it helps. =)

I think thats also one of the reasons why tea is so relaxing especially when it's been well scented (more natural rather then artificial). I love pleasant aromas, they are very calming!
