Hello!
I have already posted seven posts but I did not introduce myself yet.
I began to drink green tea about a year ago when I have been diagnosed with a serious medical condition. I have no idea if the properties of green tea really help (I hope) but today I drink it because I love it.
Since I was young I have always been attracted to many aspects of Eastern Asia culture. I seriously practiced a Japanese martial art for twenty years, I have been an amateur of Japanese cinema (from Ozu in the 40s to today's Hirokazu Koreeda) as well as the Chinese and Korean cinema. I have read and enjoyed Junishiro Tanizaki, Mishima, Kawabata as well a some Mangas and Animes. Sushi bars and Ramen restaurants are common places for me but I had to get seriously sick to be interested in Japanese green tea.
At least something sweet came out of the the bitterness of sickness
