First to see such, 'diamond' sticker was used late-80's~early-90's.

In addition to seeing this sticker as shown , I also saw it on a $20 Yixing set ( pot , pitcher , cups ) in the basement of Pearl River Mart .

Well those stickers are often faked, and I've seen whole sheets of them in pictures. So I don't know if it tells you much about the age of a piece of teaware.

The ones on the $20 set did look fake vs. the photo.

So , if the one in the photo is authentic , and I have no reason to believe it is not , does it have any significance other than dating the pot , and as being "Intel Inside" ?

I think the other main significance (for better or for worse) is that it implies the pot has probably not been used much, if at all...
