Hey board,
I am thinking of ordering some of the teas from teaspring.com...perhaps the long jing and the jun shan yin zhen.
What do people here think about teaspring? Are they a good source for Chinese tea?

I have had only very good experiences with TeaSpring, but my focus was mostly greens and whites. I think you can do better finding greener Taiwan oolong elsewhere which might be TMI ...

Order a bunch of 25g samples, for Chinese green I can't complain.
I also love the Long Jing Huang Pao in the black tea section but it may be not be for everyone.

I particularly like the Lion Xi Hu Long Jing from TeaSpring. Very nice.
Re: Long Jing from teaspring
Thanks for the replies!
I actually like white tea and oolong better than green, but I have a tea shop near here that has excellent (and cheap!) white and oolong: I like a good Long Jing though. I used to buy one from another tea shop here in town, but their quality has deteriorated quite badly...last time I tried their Long Jing it was really harsh and quite bitter...
So I'm trying to find a few greens that I like. For the best, price is no issue, Chinese (or Taiwanese) green tea, which do people generally prefer??

Fave four greens from TS ...
Any and all their LJ.

Tai Ping Hou Kui (Cha Wang grade if available is incredible)

This is a pretty good medley offering differing flavor profiles.
