A little about me...
I'm new to this forum, but have been sampling tea for the past two years now. I work at a company with about 75% Chinese. Needless to say, everyone drinks a lot of tea! I've since switched from coffee to tea and have not looked back. There is a lot of oolong at the office, but I prefer black tea or puerh at home.

Ach aye, JackDaniels is to coffee, what a fine Scots (or Irish) single malt is to an Old Style oolong.
