UtiliTEA boiled over - safe to use?
I was cleaning my utilitea by boiling water with a little bit of white vinegar in it, well to below the max mark. When it came to a boil, however, it boiled over, coming over the top and down the side. My worry is that it may have boiled up into the long tube near the back of the kettle on the inside, which I assume measures the temperature of the water. I fear it may have come into contact with the electronics that way, but I simply don't know, as I don't know how it is built internally - the only other indication I have of that is that it seemed like some of the water came out of the temperature dial on the side, though that may easily be explained by it running down the side and pooling in it. I am keeping it off for now, but what do you think? Is it safe?

As with almost all electronics there should be no problem as long as you give it time to completely air out and dry, take it apart as much as you can and use a blow-dryer, or just dry naturally in a room with not too much humidity.
I don't have a UtiliTEA but that is just my first inclination.
