Bai Lin Jin Zhen from TeaSpring this morning.
It's smooth, mellow, never bitter. I'm brewing it gongfu style in a new clay gaiwan and even if I's a bit skeptic at first, I have to say it works a treat!
have a nice day

Any day I have to go to work I make a thermos full of hot Sweet Velvet Fog a signature blend of mine and take it in with me. If I am not home I raid my vast collection and make a decision based on my mood.

First morning tea was a black (a delightful nepal "black" tea) today, I wanted to brew it in a 150ml gaiwan, I used to have two but they've been broken by my father and sister...
So it was a black in a kind of improvised gaiwan.
First I wanted to brew a 2007 tibetan flame but, I haven't had time.

Green is always in the morning cup. It is something about that Green that just seems to make the day go better!
I do not know what will be in the pot tonight but I am sure it will be good because Amy's off and she is ready to brew!

Having a mixed Pu-Erh this morning. This special blend is made out of "shake" left from many Pu cakes/bricks. Well, its flavor is mixed, but a good mix.
