Interesting Matcha chai

-Half part water
-Half part 3.8% milk
-1 tsp Matcha Kaze - sifted
-1 tsp ground Masala spice -sifted
- Sugar to taste

Combine Milk, water, Masala spice in saucepan.
Slowly rise temperature until on brink of boiling.
Remove from heat, let sit for a minute.

In a blender, add liquid and matcha, until to taste. (I find this oxidized the beverage nicely, closest I can come without a steamer)

Add sugar to taste!
