Hi all. Finally getting the time to post something here in the TeawareArtisans section.
Anyone from the TeaChat community who is in the Boston, MA area between January 7th and January 29th, 2010 is of course invited to visit my solo show. This exhibition marks my 60 years on the planet, 40 years as a potter, and 30 years since I began building my noborigama (wood-fired hill climbing kiln) here in Wilton, NH. The exhibition includes a number of pieces of Japanese-style teaware, including furo, mizusashi, chawan, chaire, kensui, and futaoki. There are also hanaire, kabin, yunomi, and many other items.
There is an "Artist's Reception" from 6 to 8 PM on Thursday, January 21st. I'd love a chance to get to meet some of you in person.

Braintree is just outside of Boston proper, on the south end.
The next post here will show a few more of the objects in the exhibition.
