Hello everyone,
After a few years of being a casual earl grey and green tea drinker, I only recently tried some decent loose leaf. What a revelation! I had no idea of the world of difference from supermarket teas. I decided I may as well ditch the bags and jump into the deep end!
I'm delighted to say I've enjoyed most everything I've sampled so far. Darjeeling and Puerh are new for me, and I think I'm in love...
The entire enterprise of making tea also seems much more rich now, when before it was just an incidental habit. The world of teaware itself is fascinating.
In the interest of self restraint, I have limited myself to ordering an attractive white celadon gaiwan. I think this little gaiwan and teachat will be good companions as I plow through all the tea samples I've accumulated. Thanks everyone for such a good resource!
