Monday Teaday 2.08/10 How many different teas per day?

Welcome to Monday TeaDay! It's the beginning of the week and the start of a new series of topics. I am looking forward to everyone sharing what you are drinking today, all day.

Yesterday we discussed 'SuperTea Day'. You can still vote and discuss yesterday's topic.

First in a series of topics. Today's TeaPoll and discussion topic. This was asked one year ago, but we have a lot of new people in the house! How many different teas do you have on a typical day or an average day? Please share your typical tea day with us.

I am looking forward to sharing this TeaDay with everyone, bottoms up.

Saturday, had sencha, and two oolongs (both dark). Sunday, had sencha, a light and a dark oolong, and a young sheng puerh. Most workdays, can only manage two.

Since I usually only get 1 or 2 sessions in per day, it's usually one type of tea a day for me. Sencha day. Sheng pu-erh day. White day.

Edit: Today was the exception. Some sencha and some white peony.

One! Sometimes I have two different teas in one day (gasp), but I usually limit myself to a single tea. 'Tis more efficient, I find.

Usually three teas the days I work, up to six or seven during holidays.

I usually have 1-2, very seldom more than two. I either have an oolong, sencha or gyokuro around morning/mid day, then some Lapsang souchong or oolong in the evening.
This depends on the time of the year. During the spring/summer I might have more teas per day due to all the new harvests.

About four or five. I have an herbal tea when I get up.
Then with my midmorning snack usually a oolong or black tea(flavored or not).
Then two different ones in the early and late afternoon. Usually just what I feel like. A new one, a sample... Also depends on the weather. If I sit outside and it's comfortable and sunny it's a white or green one, if it's raining black....
Sometimes I'll have a fifth one at night before going to sleep. Usually a herbal.

Whereas it was probably around 3, now it is more like 1. If I can get at least one good session in a day I am a happy bunny!

No tea as of yet, most likely have some of my Feng Qing Yunnan Black tea cake from Yunnan Sourcing shortly.

Two usually. Yunnan Gold every morning. One of several oolong choices at night. Occasionally I'll drink a third if have a chance to make some at work, usually a puerh.

In my cup, Yunnan Gold, brewed a little stronger than normal as I've got a busy day ahead and won't have more tea until late evening

Well 2 when I'm working and 3 or more when I am home. I voted 2 since I am mostly at work, unfortunately.

Started my busy day with Soom Estate Darjeeling.

Most days 3 or 4. Start the day with a white, either earl grey or fruit tea with lunch, then a decaf/herbal in the afternoonor after dinner. if i have alot of new samples, i may go up to 5 or six, but this is rare.

Starting the day with White Peony. Its cold and rainy outside so there will be ALOT of tea today.

I prefer to stick with one or two so I don't have to do much deciding, but lately I've been trying to use up the dribs and drabs of my copious amounts of samples, so I've been having 4-5 kinds a day.

I really need to cut down my collection.
