Greetings everyone and welcome to yet another TeaDay! Please do drop in and share what is in your cup throughout the day.
Yesterday we discussed "tea of the month" for March. You can still vote and discuss yesterday's topic.
Today's TeaPoll and discussion topic. Are you a weekend TeaWarrior ... or do you more likely abandon the TeaLeaf for other pursuits once Friday, Saturday, and Sunday rolls around? Please share your weekend passion(s).
I am looking forward to sharing this TeaDay with everyone. Bottoms up!

I actually drink MORE tea on the weekend.... I find I have more time to sit and relax with a good cup.

While I don't really get a "weekend" from work (off Thurs and Sat, yeah, I know..."Bummer!"), I increase my tea intake on days off. An extra cup or two in the am. Maybe an afternoon puer break. Then an oolong or two in the evening.

like Dresden I tend to drink more on the weekends, simply because I have more time to sit back and actually enjoy tea.

I also drink more tea on my days off (not Sat and Sun unfortunately, either).

I'm shamed to admit it, but usually I drink only a few cups at weekends
.
I'd like to drink more, but I go to my hometown at weekends, and I have only one loose green tea here. And it's liptons gunpowder, aarrgh...

I drink as much, sometimes more, on the weekends. Started today a bit unusual with a pot of Houjicha. That is usually a late day tea for me.

Well, my version of the "weekend" as per my work schedule is Thursday-Friday, but I certainly drink more tea on those days as I am actually home where my tea is.

I definitely drink more tea on the weekends because after I finish running errands, I'm just doing homework in my dorm. Pot after pot of tea has gotten me through many an assignment. Fridays also tend to be big tea days as I only have one class, but with the return of nice weather, my friends and I have been wandering off to our school's Friday afternoon physics-related events where there is no tea to be had...

The week never ends for me as I'm retired. So, never a let-up to tea drinking.
No tea yet today. Don't know what will strike my fancy today. Except, of course, there will be a black in there somewhere.

Tea is my daily drink, period. I make time for tea every workday morning.
Frequently on weekend mornings I am out of the house by 6am or earlier, and usually don't return until after dark. On these mornings I will make three 12oz pots of yancha, drink one cup at home, and fill two thermos to bring with me. There are two or three spring mornings when I have to be on the road by 3:30; on those mornings I buy coffee at an all-night gas station but have tea after I return home that night.
On weekend mornings when I'm not busy I will take my time with preparations, brew small quantities of better leaf in better vessels, and really enjoy the tea.
I started the day with yame matcha sansui, and I'm now enjoying shui jin gui.

Varies quite a bit on the weekend, depending on activities.
Here's a new kind of tea:

Nice picture Geekgirl thats such a cute critter poking out of your little pot.
I remain a dedicated tea warrior through the weekends. I tend to drink more tea and "better" stuff on weekeds because I can make sure I get time to enjoy all the infusions it has to offer. Very few things frustrate me like brewing up a favorite tea only to have time for 1 infusion that day
Long jing in my cup today

Ugh. Going to be a light tea day for me today. I had my heart all set on a nice pot (x eleventy) of puerh today, but I left all of my lovely lovely samples sitting in the mail drawer in my office desk.
