Rarely do we have the opportunity to voice our displeasure directed towards our forum's nemesis, SPAMMERS.
Sooo, I figure why not. Please rant, bash, shout away to your heart's content. A little turn around will be fair play. When a spammer posts, their link will be replaced by a link to this BASHING topic ... versus the normal practice of simply banning/deleting. They will still feel the "ban hammer," but I sense the residule sting left behind will cause more consternation and frustration than the banning would alone.
And there won't be a thing they can do about since they will be banned and their post will be locked. A lingering testament to their low down dirty tactics.
So, let 'er rip, TCers!!!

LOL! great idea. There's a professional forum I used to participate on, they have a spammer problem with people trying to sell online-appointment making services. One very long thread has three pages of the spammers arguing with and trying to sell their services TO EACH OTHER. LMAO!!!
Dum dum dum dum duuuuuum!
P.S. I know this is a thread about spam HERE, but I had to get that out of my system.

I really resent "spammers" giving a bad name (or maybe a worse name) to one of my childhood treats -- Spam!!!!! We were very poor when we emigrated to the US and our meat was pretty well either baloney or Spam. I never did eat when it was baloney night -- but mama could do wonders with Spam!

Let us spam and feather the spammers and parade them through the city streets and make them pick up garbage for all the garbage they give us.
By the way is spam still illegal or did that change?

We HATE SPAM so much that even if you have something of interest we are NOT clicking on your link!
Join the forum and talk to us like a normal human being interested in TEA. Oh yeah, if you have NO interest in TEA, than you are
really wasting your time here.
GOODBYE!

This was his most aggressive tactic, calling himself teachatter!!! The nerve of this guy. I will change that at some point.
The radar was fixed on him after two posts ... then let the loooooser post 6 times before unleashing the Spam BASHING topic and ban hammer.
I particularly like to watch what the spammer is doing, if he is posting, I let him continue to waste his time. Then I delete and ban once I feel bored.
Anyone who would buy from this 5ktea ...

Bam! Way to put the hammer to him spammbot.
The funny and sad thing about spammers like this is that after hes spammed I have no interest at looking at his site or even consider ordering from there.
If they would just post something maybe in a vendor rateing or some other place without the spaming they would get much better resaults.
