When do the new houjichas come out? roughly?
Was thinking of another yuuki order, and was going to get the 3 pack
Does it really matter? Do houjichas lose taste over time or does the roasting prevent this?

No biggie, order houjicha anytime. The toasty flavor does not fade like sencha.

You would likely have to wait a while anyway since they are usually made with bancha and it is a lower priority product when new harvests come out. So, they are not rushing around trying to replace their houjicha inventories with new harvest. They might not even get around to it til late summer or later.
