Yesterday's poll revealed almost 80% of responders experienced changes in their TeaTastes since last Spring. The discussion was very interesting as so many changes in tea tastes were revealed. I found it to be great conversation, over tea of course. You may still respond to the poll and topic.

I confidently predict no major changes in my current almost omnivorous appetite for non-black teas. I am sure I will still like white, green, oolong and puerh teas, various herbal tisanes, and that I will still be wary of black teas.
I have spent a good deal of time on tea forums and blogs and with tea books in the past couple of years, and I don't think there are any whole new worlds of tea left to discover.
There are many individual teas I haven't yet had a chance to appreciate, and I'm curious about some uncommon variations like hand rolled senchas and oolongs from countries other than china and really old puerhs, but that's quite different than last year, when I knew there had to be more to green teas beyond heavy jasmines, and set out to understand and appreciate them more.

Yeah, I guess... For me there is a whole world of new tea knowledge out there, just waiting for me. And I think I'll get to pu-erh soon, and more quality tea.

I honestly have no idea. It kind of depends upon whether or not I try something new that I really love. These generally aren't new kinds of tea altogether so much as they are different takes on familiar types of tea (like sakura sencha).
No tea yet today... I probably won't get a chance to drink any until after dinner tonight, as I'm going to be travelling for about ten hours today and won't have a chance to make actual good tea at any point before reaching my mom's house.
Oh well, tomorrow morning I'm rewarding myself with some pu brick.

Since I am still so new to quality tea I would expect to see more change in the next year, but not near so drastic as in the last.
Started today with a couple more steeps of YM Shincha from O-Cha left over from last night. At work now with some Houjicha for my next tea.

Expecting somewhat of a change. I need to cut back on my caffeine intake and would like to find a tea that refreshes without making me too jittery. More whites and oolongs will be in my future.

I have no idea. But it's very possible that my taste of green tea shifts slightly from one province to anther province (in terms of production location), as it happened in the past years.
Besides, I don't like puerh shu very much. Will I like it better in the future? Maybe, maybe not
I've also tried milk tea - boiling tea in milk (so more precisely it's tea milk) - for a few times. It will take some time for me to decide if I want more of it

I predict a lot of changes, since I'm just discovering Japanese greens and I'm in the process of exploring and learning more about pu erh.
Drinking the genmaicha extra green teabag from my Den's Sampler today. Very pleasant, but nothing as exciting as yesterday. Genmaicha all tastes like rice anyway . . .
I'm also looking forward with great anticipation to the new tea tasting program Chip is organizing. I can't wait!!! I expect to discover a lot of teas I didn't know about before.

Tea tastings are great. I've done quite a few of them from another forum, and that's where I learned that oolongs come in greener/lighter forms; and discovered that sencha is not all scary bitter astringency, which opened my horizons to include other green teas again; and found ways to infuse some young sheng puerh with a reputation for bitterness so that my impression was sweet and wonderful and I want more! And most of that was just in the last year.
I doubt I'd have been adventurous enough to buy the precious rare white tea I'm drinking this morning if it weren't for those tastings.
