How fanatical are you about TEA?
I am as fanatical about my tea as I am about food in general.

Most people I know would rate it at least with a 9. However, on a Teachat based scale I would rate it only with a 7.

I'd say I'm more of an enthusiast than a fanatic, fanatic has such a bad ring to it. Probably around 8 still. But I have no problems forgetting about tea for a couple of days if I need to :P .

No tea for a couple of hours yet :(...

I've only been dabbling in 'tea' for a few weeks but I'm sure a few people would say I'm slowly becoming a fanatic about it. Probably more fanatic about my cups and pot than anything else, though.

Pretty much so--however, according to people other than those on this forum, I'm extremely fanatical about Tea!! :)

Another infusion of Formosa Ruby Black Tea this a.m.

Enjoy the first day of summer here in the Northern Hemisphere :D ; from here on it is downhill to the shortest daylight of the year :( .

I went with 6 - can go a few days without it, although I will miss it. I can be picky, but usually when I'm in the mood for something specific.

No tea yet, on the way out the door. Thinking Yunnan today.

I'm extremely fanatical-- I usually drink the results of three steepings of tea every day, and it's often what I spend my spare money on. I could, however, be more fanatical, because I do also spend money on other things, mostly anime-related.

Rose congou this morning. It's hot here, but I need my tea anyway! 8)

I voted 'Certainly' because to my friends and family, I am probably very fanatical, but to TeaChatters, I'm still somewhat of an amateur. So I averaged them together to come up with Certainly.

Grand Qimen from Tao of Tea in my cup at home today. My work tea will be decided by what I have left in my drawer - it's time to re-stock.

Happy Monday, Everyone!

Some call me fanatical, but I don't think I am. I just enjoy tea :D

Extremely fanatical - most definitely.

Not all the way, as in nothing but tea in reading material, talking about nothing but tea and taking tea vacations. Well ... not yet. :)

Adagio Masters Keemun this morning. Have a nice day everyone!

I voted no (#2). I definitly like tea, but I don't think I'm fanatical about it. What I am is a nerd, and I like to geek out on information. There's so much culture, history, and technical detail to learn about tea! I've always been interested in it. I have a worn copy of The Republic of Tea Book of Tea & Herbs from my early tea-drinking days when ROT was the best tea available outside of metropolitan centers. There was no internet ordering back then!

I voted 8, pretty much so. Tea is definitely my biggest and most expensive hobby. I don't mind though.

Also, happy Summer Solstice everyone!! (in the northern hemisphere, that is) The sun won't set here until 9:15 today. :D

In my cup today, Bai Hao Hsinchu from the Oolong OTTI. All I can say so far is that this stuff is incredible! Review on the way.
