Between 50% and 60% for me. I love the wide range of kinds of tea that China has to offer, especially the pu-erhs, but also the different green teas; Yunnan black; keemun; congou; lapsang souchong; and all the white teas.
Lapsang souchong in my cup this morning.

I put 30%. Have at least one cuppa Yunnan black every day. In fact - just finished one!
Re: Wednesday TeaDay 7/7/10 Chinese Tea Consumption?
I rarely drink Chinese Tea but I put 10%. I occasionally drink pu-erh, that's the only Chinese Tea I am currently drinking.
No tea yet today.

Re: Wednesday TeaDay 7/7/10 Chinese Tea Consumption?
I used to drink a LOT of Chinese tea, would say 70-80% of the tea sessions were Chinese. Every day started with a Keemun black, then an oolong, then Chinese greens the rest of the day. Later I switched to almost all Chinese greens.
Then Japanese tea hit home, now on average 20% perhaps are Chinese. During Shincha, even less.
About to begin the TD with a shincha ...

Probably about 80% if I count Taiwan since the varietals and techniques are very similar to China. Mostly oolong, a bit of white tea and some Chinese red teas like Keemun, Ying De and Golden Yunnan.
Most of the rest has been made up of Darjeeling but Sencha is starting to sneak in so this balance could change.

A Chinese tea currently in honor of the poll -
Da Wu Ye oolong from Camellia Sinensis.
I highly recommend this one, very nice!

I'd say it's currently about 60% India and 40% China (including Taiwan)
More Adagio Black Dragon Pearls this morning, a 2nd steep from yesterday's leaves.

Around 90%. The rest consists mainly of a few thai wulongs and a few japanese greens.
Zhi Lan Xiang currently. This is my first tea in two days, so it's hard to concentrate... I think my body just demands the caffeine

Around 80%. The rest is from India.
Son David brought me a gift from Japan -- I don't know the name of them, but they are delicious little wafer-like cookies with strawberry filling(Kobe Fugetsudo). I'll be having some with my four o'clock tea (which will probably be Black Dragon Pearls from Adagio).

Re: Wednesday TeaDay 7/7/10 Chinese Tea Consumption?
Most of the tea I drink is chinese, maybe 80%? With Puerh dominating my tea consumption and my love for Yunnan Blacks, this is expected.
Today I'm breaking that trend with some Fukamushi Sencha Yame from Den's. Yum!!!

Re: Wednesday TeaDay 7/7/10 Chinese Tea Consumption?
It was 98% chinese tea, 2% herbal tisanes, until I started drinking senchas; now I drink a single brewing of sencha 4-6 days a week, so still 80+% chinese teas.
Today missed the window for morning sencha, so starting with Yunnan Jade Pole green tea, floral and delicate and vegetal. Long gongfu cha session during a meeting.
