Good TeaDay everyone! Please do drop in and share what is in your cup throughout the day.
Yesterday the Tea/Food war continued ... with cost of food versus tea. You can still vote and discuss yesterday's topic.
Today's TeaPoll and discussion topic. The Tea/Food wars reaches a grand finale! So, on an average day do you spend more TIME eating FOOD or drinking TEA. Please share.
I am looking forward to sharing this TeaDay with everyone. Bottoms up.

Usually, it's almost an exact tie. Some days, I'll have more of one or the other, but it balances out.
Rose congou this morning; jasmine green tea pearls muuuuuuch earlier this morning (like around midnight).

Tough one. I eat several times a day, but a cup of tea is with me most of the day...

Much more time drinking tea of course! Something is brewing from morning till late afternoon.
Foshu Hong Cha to start the day, happy Friday everyone!

Especially during the work day, I have a cup of tea by my side pretty much all the time, so I would say it is tea!
Brewing up some YM shincha right now.

I often drink tea with my meals, and have it with me during a lot of the time in between and after meals. So more time with tea.

Although I do enjoy eating, if I ate as much as I drank tea I wouldn't be able to watch my weight lol! Tea actually dulls my appetite too, so when I drink tea I don't snack as much.

I have never seen so many coins on their edges!
I would have to say TEA since a cup is somewhere close by most of the day and into the evening. Eating food, though I love to eat as well, squeezes in between the cracks in time when rarely not drinking tea.
TeaDay began with Yutaka Midori from the O-C. SweeTea was close at hand while Kati was being a nuisance and Lili was needing attention.
Next up, a tasting of Moe Green from the GodFather line at Zencha.

YMMMMMMMMMy tea to start our day!Chip wrote: TeaDay began with Yutaka Midori from the O-C. SweeTea was close at hand while Kati was being a nuisance and Lili was needing attention.
I tend to forget to eat while at work, but always a cup of tea is at hand at the flowershop. But of course, much more time drinking tea!
Currently in my cup, iced sencha.
Have a wonderful TeaWeekend everyone.

tea for sure...I drink tea most of the day and night and eat only a few meals and snacks xD
today I´m starting with some houjicha after brunch...starting late today I slept in since I was up late last night struggling with mysterious computer issues...in the end they mysteriously solved themselves.

This evening, we took our youngest son and his wife out to celebrate their 25th Anniversary.
I ordered lamb sirloin oven roasted to medium rare, served with piquillo pepper with merguez sausage, red wine reduction, goat cheese, asparagus and mashed red potatoes. Yummy! And then a selection of 2 sherbets and 1 ice cream, all made in house. Wine and then champagne w/strawberries.
Now for a nice cuppa' to finish up here at home.
Fun.

You certainly spent more on food this week than tea!!!artmom wrote:This evening, we took our youngest son and his wife out to celebrate their 25th Anniversary.
