Has anyone tried these? What to open next?

One of the intentionally aged teas, Pu-Erh has a loyal following.

Has anyone tried these? What to open next?

Before I start destroying these pieces of art, can anyone tell me his/her opinions? Drink now? Store for later? Toss it? I'm trying to weed out the runts here from the known "solid performers" in my collection, so any and all comments or other insight is greatly appreciated.

Xiaguan I find smokey but drinkable now, the gong ting is probably drinkable, though I am not familar with the mengku variety. 7542 should be drinkable.

Over all, you can probably drink a little of each and still keep alot to age. Aging being 10-20 years, except for shu.

If you have 20 cakes, and take 1/20th of each, each year, you have a cake a year for 20 years.

I've been trying so hard not to open the wrappers, but I guess it's not like they're air-tight. I think I'll go crazy this weekend trying a little of everything!

The Golden Needle White Lotus is particularly good.

And I was only listing what I thought were the "rejects"!

I'll try them all over the coming weeks if I can handle it. Thanks for the encouragement!
