What is the best type of pot to boil tea in? Does it matter what type of pot you boil tea in? :?:

I am guessing you mean boil Water in?
or do you mean steep your tea leaves in?

I think stovetop ceramic kettles make the best tasting water for tea :)

There are 3 types of kettle, silver kettle, used in the 19 century by Japanese and the British, tetsubin used by the japanese, and ceramic kettle used by the chinese (I mean high quality ceramic kettle, like chao zhou kettle).

I use ceramic stovetop for oolongs, tesubin stovetop for greens.
