Re: Tuesday TeaDay 8/31/10 Tires made of TEA
'i don't think so', at least not yet in my experience anyway.
I sometimes tire of a particular tea, but then I switch to another.
I love the rich variation in tea-land.
Just finished a tisane.

I love coffee, but usually drink no more than 1 cup a day. But I can drink as much tea as I want and still feel healthy

Haven't tired of tea yet, and I doubt that I ever will. There's such great variety.
Having some untireofable White Peony today.

I never tire of tea. I certainly also drink other things....... but tea is sort of a steady and major constant in daily life.

I don't really tire of tea in general. Or at least I haven't yet. But I do sometimes tire of one particular type of tea and switch to another for a while.
Not sure what is in this morning's cup. I should probably figure it out since the kettle is on.

Happy Anniversary Artmom and Ed!
53 years - WOW!
As most everyone has said so far, there is so much variety that it's hard to get tired of tea, so I never do. Plus, I'm fairly easy to please.
Tao of Tea Grand Qimen in my cup this morning.

Not sure I ever get tired of tea, there are times when I am less inspired or simply crave it less ... like when there is no sencha in the house. But I brew right through it, I might drink less tea than usual.
Began the TD with a prelim tasting of Yame Fukamushi from Den's. Very enjoyable and made with Yutaka midori leaf. SweeTea came by for a tasting while Fuji and TEAh stopped by to say hi.

I have not been drinking tea full time for too long now, but I don't see myself tiring of it. There are so many types that are like different beverages that you can just switch around!
Yunnan black and mid-steamed sencha in my cup today so far.

So far has been English Breakfast. In a few minutes, the hubby and I will be cracking open the Da yi gong.

I don't think I could ever tire of tea, there is such a huge variety that it seems like there's hardly enough time to try them all...I have tired of coffee in the past, for months at a time, but tea? I don't think so!

Re: Tuesday TeaDay 8/31/10 Tires made of TEA
I can easily tire of a particular tea, and I can be too tired to make tea, and sometimes tired enough that I know I need sleep more than tea, but never tired of *tea*.
Today, I was woken up pleasantly by an experimental brewing 'western style' of shincha, and now am finishing a midday thermos of 2008 Yi Wu bamboo-aged puerh from Norbu. I am tired enough to take a short nap now but expect at least one more tea will be needed to revive after the nap and get through the evening paperwork.

Thank you, chatters, who have helped Ed and I celebrate today. The family who weren't at the RUSH concert in Pennsylvania all stopped by to wish us a Happy Anniversary, but I passed on their offer to bring dinner over. I was just not up to that many folk. I did appreciate the thought.
