I found this PDF over at BANA Tea and downloaded it.

Some of the recipes sound pretty good actually. I am sure many purists shudder at the thought of iced Pu-erh, but has anyone tried it?
Re: Iced Pu
I let my cup of tea set so long it gets cold.TwoPynts wrote:I am sure many purists shudder at the thought of iced Pu-erh, but has anyone tried it?
Does that count? I always drink it anyway.
I've downloaded the pdf but haven't read it yet.
Re: Iced Pu
Recently I was drinking Pu, it was hot and I was in a hurry. So I added some ice cubes from the fridge.
It basically spoiled my tea as the ice cube has the raw meat smell from the fridge. Never again will I every put ice cube from my fridge again

The recipes included more ingredients rather than just ice or letting the pu cool, so I am sure the experience would be different. Didn't see a raw meat flavor recipe.
