Good TeaDay TeaFriends. Welcome to a great TeaDay! Please stop in and share what is in your cup throughout the day.
Yesterday we discussed some possible niceties. You can still vote and discuss yesterday's topic.
Today's TeaPoll and discussion topic. A TeaSpin on the weekend topic. You have received a TeaPrize, and a choice to make. Do you pick the 25K USD TeaRoom/garden, or the all expenses paid custom TeaVacation (plus 10K pocket change for the trip)?
Enjoy your TeaDay, I am looking forward to sharing it with everyone. Bottoms up.

Re: Monday TeaDay 9/27/10 TeaPrize!
This one was easy: the tea vacation.
The ceremonial aspects of tea have always been less important to me than the tea itself, and tea grows in some fantastically beautiful places. Today, through tea, I have traveled to Japan, Yunnan, and Fujian: how much more wonderful to travel to them in person.

A 30K tea vacation would be pretty cool. Sign me up.
No tea today, for some reason.

Tea room / garden for me please - although it would be fun to travel, if I had a tea room, it would feel like I was somewhere exotic every day.
Hunan black in my cup this morning.

Heya back at-cha Space! Good to see you.Space Samurai wrote:Definitely the vacation.
Heya, Chip
I have not decided yet on the poll, tough call.
A trip of a lifetime, or a tearoom to last a lifetime?

Wow, surprisingly my sentiments exactly ... being married to you all this time has made me less spontaneous, or so it appears!Chip wrote: I have not decided yet on the poll, tough call.

However, I believe I am leaning more towards that lifetime enjoyment that would be had by the Japanese TeaRoom and Garden choice!
Silver Needle in my cup at work this morning, shared sencha from togeii early this morning with Chip and the catz!
Have a great day everyone.
Re: Monday TeaDay 9/27/10 TeaPrize!
It was close, but I went with Teavacation. I'm not likely to stay in one place long enough to warrant a real tea room/garden. So I just make do and do my best to create tea space with what I have.
