Sometimes yes, sometimes no. When working, well then obviously yes. One at home one at work, and I usually don't change.

When at home, I like to change it up so yeah, usually at least two, sometimes three.

Other times when enjoying a new cup I use it over and over many times and days, just enjoying it.

98 °F Yesterday and expecting more of the same today.
Crazy hot.

I change teacups a lot! Depending on mood, tea, time, teapot, etc. I have a number of cups at work too, so I can change in the office as well. I just love tea ware!!!

Hmm, I might be the oddball here, but I don’t like to ever switch cups during the day. It feels wasteful. In fact, I might go several days using the same cup for everything (tea, water, milk, juice) with just rinsing or washing at appropriate intervals. It’s probably a combination a desire to feel efficient and a loathing for the sight of a pile of dirty dishes.

If I plan to drink tea that day, my teacup is my only cup.

Currently eating cereal out of a coffee mug...

I have one hagi-yaki yunomi that I use for sencha, which I drink most often. When having black tea as I sometimes do in the morning, I will use a different cup. Some days, however, I drink nothing but sencha and it's always in the yunomi. I am also a dish minimizer, like chubseus. Mostly because I don't currently have a dishwashing machine and it is my charge to clean the dishes.

Not that I would be putting fine tea ware in a dishwasher, but you get my point.

This morning's first cup was Florence from H&S.

Really looking forward to OTTI 7 & 8!

It all depends on the tea I am drinking. At home I can be more specialized. Special cups are used for sencha, matcha and when I brew from a gaiwan, I use my nice little ShyRabbit cup. Most other teas go in the same favorite turquoise cup.

Some white peony in my cup right now. Or I should say travel mug. At work I do use an insulated mug for whites and blacks, but have an inexpensive tea cup just for oolongs and sencha. Hope to change that soon with a new Hagi on the way  !

I have a dishwasher, came with the apartment, but we’ve never even turned it on. It is usually my charge to do the dishes too.

Now drinking kukicha from same coffee mug.

Usually no unless I am making tea at work or taking a travel mug in addition to my tea at home. I hate washing dishes so i try to minimize dishes as much as possible. I have a dishwasher but since i live alone, i am usually out of just about everything by the time i have a large enough load to justify running it so i usually hand wash.

Otti manmai puerh today, breaking in my first "yixing" pot.

Sometimes yes sometimes no too. Today I even used two different cups for one tea. I started with a small 30 ml cup to taste the tea and get to know it, and then I drank the later infusions from a 120 ml cup.

If I am going from one kind of sencha to another to another, I might use the same cup all day, generally a Hagi.

Exception. If I switch to say an ultra HQ sencha, I may switch to smaller (Hagi) cups.

Exception. If I switch to another type of Japanese green like Gyokuro, definitely switching.

Exception. If I switch to a more aromatic tea like genmaicha, I switch from Hagi to something I know will not absorb those persistant aromas.

Exception. Moving onto to any other type of tea other than Japanese, I switch.

It honestly depends on how fancy I feel and the type of tea I'm drinking....sometimes I like small cups and sometimes I must have GIANT cups.
