I'm Chen.
I'm sorry that my customer service used my "finddream2020" account here and made some trouble. I am "real" Chen now.
Also, I'm very sorry about our bad customer service if someone here sent emails to inquire without replies. I take charge of customer service myself from now on. If you still have questions about clay or zisha, please PM me.
I'm here to make foreign friends who loves tea and zisha teapot, I'm a fan of tea and teapots, too. In the meanwhile, I want to introduce genuine high quality of yixing zisha clay to foreign friends more than sell pots.
sincerely
Chen

Thank you Chen for your sincere apology and desire to get your customer service issues corrected. And many thanks for the explanation on what went wrong with your account on TeaChat.
We look forward to learning more about high quality yixing zisha clay teapots from you. I am sure you have a lot you can teach us.

I'm confused. 140 posts by someone else?
Who is in the avatar picture?

Victoria, it was only in the last few weeks that her account had been hijacked/compromised by her customer service reps, it was not her posting at that time.
Her avatar has remained the same since day one, I am assuming it is her.

Thank you very much, Mrs Chip.
Sorry for the annoying posts during that time. It's my fault to give my new customer service some of my accounts by mistake and I think she wants to advertise here which I don't mean to. This girl also asked me to make an apology to you! She said she would register a new account by herself when she has time off. Right now I take charge of customer service and maybe she will be here to make an apology herself.
This avatar pic is my best friend, who asked me to put her pic here when I didn't find an appropriate pic when registering. I have been thinking of changing this avatar pic, and replaced a teapot pic. What do you think of that?

Sorry for annoying posts! But many other posts are mine.
The avatar picture is my best friend, a pretty girl at university then and I told why this pic was hers.

It's a bit confusing when a man has a woman's picture.
A fresh start with a teapot pic might be in order.
You are a man, correct?

Hi Chen,
I am glad to see you expressing your sincerity to provide good customer service.
May I know which shop you represent? (if forum rules allow). This is because I have experienced extremely bad customer service at an online store (definitely not from any listed here as far as is evident) and thus seeing your sincerity is like a whiff of fresh air.
postnote: i saw your company in the link in your profile
postpostnote: wow, so many potters in teawareartisans! And those by JBaymore are so beautiful.
