Help with translating text on little teapot

Hi, I'm pretty new here and I hope this is the right place to post this question.
I found this cute pot in a thrift store and couldn't resist it. I'm pretty sure it's for sencha and I think it may have been a give-away item for advertisement of a business.
I was hoping someone may be able to translate the kanji. I'm guessing those are phone numbers at the bottom.

I'm sure it's not worth anything except conversational interest, but for $1.49 I had to give it a new home.

I thought is was so cute and love the dragon on the inside cover.
Btw, the color isn't as dark as it photographed. It's more of a very pale blue/green.
So what do you all think?

Cute little pot, unfortunately i cant help you with the translation, but from looking at it i dont think it would be used for sencha, the holes look much too big for such tiny leaf peices. Would probably be better with teas like oolong where you have the whole leaf or large peices. I have seen simmilar design in chinese and korean websites. Hope this helps a little.

Actually that helps a lot! I would like to know what it says just for curiosity's sake, but really more important is what to use it for.

I have a nice loose leaf oolong and some oolong jasmine tea, so I could use that.

It's an advertising piece, kinda like a business card. The top is the name of the tea company, and the middle says "Tea", of course.

Thank you! I figured it was an advert, but wondered what kind of business it was. A tea company, well duh me! That makes sense! Cute idea, wonder if they gave away a sample of tea with it?
Anyway, thought it was pretty cute, the price was right.

I think it would be useful to see a sticky topic with translation requests and maybe some of the chinese/japanese members would kindly volunteer to help and enlighten us with proper translation! It would be great to have such a topic, I waste a lot of time trying to translate and even then I´m not quite sure of the results!

I would think it´s a Chinese phone number not Japanese...considering who translated the text it must be Chinese.

Yeah, I like these styles. Sort of a gaiwan and pot hybrid with elements of both. Sort of what we call a "gaiwanesque" around here.
