Hello fellow tea lovers
I'm Bryan, and I'm brand new on the forum. I love sencha, gyokuro, and matcha as well as lightly oxidized china oolongs (dong ding, tie guan yin) and some darker china oolongs (phoenix mountain, dan-cong, da hong pao). I've been reading the forum for quite a while and feel I am finally ready to start posting some questions and opinions of my own. I'd love to learn more about japanese tea and start getting into a wider range of oolongs, and maybe even some white tea. I've always been impressed with the surplus of knowledge I've found on this forum and can't wait to become a contributing member.
