My name is Nancy and I have become addicted to tea. I was a past coffee drinker, but due to health issues, have had to cut caffiene and the acids in coffee just don't agree with me. I have always loved a good tea as well, so I have switched and for the last few months I have noticed a change in my health (could be due also to a reduction in the amount of soda I drink).
My favorites are: English Breakfast, Earl Gray, Earl Gray Creme, Irish breakfast, I have a white earl gray that is really yummy too. My most recent forays have been into white and green teas. Vanillas and mints are also favs.
I am also a knitter, so nothing is better on a cold winter night than sitting and knitting while enjoying a cup of tea (or a good book and tea).

Welcome to our little corner of the web!
They may be a little harder to find in stores in Iowa, but if you hang around here a while you can learn about teas that you can buy from online sources that can help stem cravings for sweetness without needing added sugar like black teas--greens, oolongs, white teas. They can be quite habit-forming!
