Xi Shuang Ban Na raw puerh advice

by bagua7 » Dec 18th, '10, 23:37

I sneaked in my cha mate's store room and a cake caught my attention. A green labelled sheng with the following writing:

Zhongguo Yunnan Xi Shuang Ban Na Meng Hai Xian Xing Hai Cha Chang Chu Pin.

The aroma of that cake was intense and quickly filled the whole room. I knew right away that sheng was me. But as a non-expert in the matter need some advice about the age and price of the cake.

Thanks in advance.

Only Jing Tea Shop has any Xinghai factory labels. I do think Xinghai made other products under other labels.

The cake wrapper should have the year of manufacture on it, and then you need to drink it to see if it looks/smells/tastes about right.

You could have a look here http://www.chayou.cn/brand.php?id=25

to see if any of these resemble your friends tea.
