Does anyone age their kabusecha? If so how long and do you open the package to do so. This is my first experience with it and it seems to have changed for the better over the past two or so months.
Thanks

Re: Aging Kabusecha
I have never felt the need til now to do so ... since they tend to be pretty mild to begin with.
I have aged gyo when I felt it would improve the tea.
