Greetings fellow Tea Chatters!
I'm just learning the Way's of Tea, green tea to be precise.
I have a strong interest in Japanese culture and Zen, which naturally lead me to green tea. I'm still learning all the various names and sub-types, but have enjoyed quite a few cups of Sencha, Genmaicha etc, so far.
I look forward to discovering more about this fascinating and tasty subject, and perhaps joining in some of the sampling sessions.

Hi Baisao. Welcome to the forum. I too am really interested in Japanese Green Tea, but am so ignorant about it. So much to learn!
