how to store matcha?

in a couple of days i will receive my first matcha in a 40 g canister, after opening i have to keep it where i keep my other sencha and gyokuro canisters or matcha is it better in fridge?

Just keep it with the rest of your tea. The fridge is a bad idea because of moisture and fridge odors. But, be sure to keep your matcha tin visible, so it doesn't get misplaced. Matcha goes bad quickly.

I just keep mine in the original cans with my other tea...I tend to use it up fairly quickly so going stale normally isn´t an issue.
