I got an email from the local jtea international which included this.

This week, J-Tea collaborated with Oakshire Brewing and 16 Tons to brew a farmhouse-style saison infused with green oolong. Try it later this month at 16 Tons' One Year Anniversary Party on the weekend of April 29th.

I never thought of using green oolong; who knows what they were thinking.
