Can anyone recommend a reputable source in the U.S. for a quality hishaku?

not sure about "high" quality but you can actually get one from an Amazon vendor actually. But I am guessing for Higher quality you may have to go out-of-country..

I examined the one on Amazon for $15 or so and compared it with the ones costing $50 at Matcha and more, hmmmmm:
