Re: Tuesday New TeaDay 6/5, Tea of the month, May?
I voted green, Japanese. The tea that's been the most enjoyable for me was a (ridiculously expensive)bancha from a local vendor. I've been having real cravings for this tea.
And a question: I found the website of a potter who makes teaware among other things, but I'm unsure where would be the best place to share the link.
Just in case anyone is bored and wants to ogle teapots.

Re: Tuesday New TeaDay 6/5, Tea of the month, May?
Tea that surprised me and stood out this month....would be a very bland 90's sheng brought back to life with some chamomile
Turned the undrinkable (well not really, but almost) into something pleasant and extremely mellow, slowing down the pace of my day for two mornings in may.

Tea of the month was Bai Ji Guan from Tea Gallery. Second best was ``88 nights'' shincha from Kaburagien.
