Excellent! I love that the wiki page also has a demonstration of the "billy grip," which might very well rival the various "kyuusu grips"...

The trouble is if I buy one in America how will I know that it isn't a cheap Appalachian knock-off?

and yeah, this is how I grew up having my tea with grandpa lol except our can was iron instead of tin/aluminium (aluminium would be dangerous I reckon.. maybe thats why some of us talk so slow

)
Not something I miss :p although it DID give the tea a nice smokeyness...

You can tell if it is Appalachian in origin ... just look for the telltale "chew" stains.

That 'kelly kettle' thing is also great. Imagine you're camping in Alaska or Norway and want to have a cuppa...
