Trying to Identify-Good Luck on this one!
I am trying to identify this item. It has a parkay type tray that looks like wood but could be metal as well. And what looks to be aluminum inside the cups/goblets and server. The bottom of the server does seem to be real wood, but as it goes up about 3/4 inch it almost seem to change to a etched metal. ( somebody suggested cinnabar ). I am not even sure it is for tea, maybe saki or liquor. The aluminum wraps over the edges of the bottom and top of the cups/goblets as well as the top of the server and lid. There are no markings anywhere that I can find. I will be happy to provide more pictures if anyone thinks they have an idea as to what this is and who made it.

Sorry It did not take my picture because of the limitation of bit size, I will have to try to get a new photo under 512K

Likely for a wine or similar.
It would be virtually impossible to use this to brew a loose leaf tea in this as it would be hard to get the tea leaves into it, harder yet to get them out. It is just not meant for brewing tea. Also the tall stemmed goblets. This is more in keeping with wine, water, etc.

could be antimony, more likely aluminum or tin though
chinese production for middle eastern country like iran, saudi arabia, or turkey
green bean coffee pot, but could also be used for tea, water, juice, liqueur (likelihood in that order IMO unless its turkish in orgin then I would up with wine likelihood to below tea).
The green coffee or black tea is boiled over stove first, then poured into these serving vessels
