When do the Fall/Holiday teas make their appearance. I am already anticipating the wonderful flavors and aromas.

I'm dying to get my hands on the gingerbread - blending equal parts yunnan gold and gingerbread is fab!
It does seem like you could order sample sizes here though. (Hope that link works - if not, search "gingerbread" on Adagio's main page.)

I came in from the wilderness, a creature void of form.
Yeah I'll agree on the around Halloween time frame....and we still have a little Gingerbread tea left (ok maybe a cup...but i've been hoarding it)
We're looking forward to ordering some of the larger containers of our favs this go around to last for the "off season"

"Life is too short to drink bad tea!"
Three more months??? *groan*
I'm definitely ordering a big tin of that great Pumpkin Spice tea. (hmm...I wonder if it's really "Great Pumpkin" tea, meant for sipping while waiting for the Great Pumpkin with Charlie Brown and Linus?)

"Top off the tea... it lubricates the grey matter."

I hear that our fall teas (like our Halloween) will begin to appear in mid September. There is also talk about a new flavor in development, that may be available at the same time as the Halloween. The rest of the holiday flavors will follow suit shortly after.
In the meantime I will sit and sulk - since I have yet to try any of them

I've only ever had one kind of flavored tea, and it was the orange flavor from here. It was horrible. I had to add sugar to actually be able to drink it. Are all flavored teas like that, or more importantly are the pumpkin spice and gingerbread like that? I never add anything to tea. In my opinion it ruins the tea.
Nine Inch Nails!! Best band ever!!
it could be that you just don't favor flavored teas, but if you're anything like me, you might want to try a non-fruit flavored tea before you write all flavored teas off. i find that i just really don't tend to like fruit flavored black teas. something about the flavor just doesn't seem complimentary to me, at least with the fruit blacks i've tried so far.filiagro wrote:I've only ever had one kind of flavored tea, and it was the orange flavor from here. Saying you've tried only one flavored tea and for dislike of it have sworn off all others would be unfair. It would be as if someone tried Lapsang Souchong and after not liking decided to boycott all black teas! Flavorings can be fun and I encourage you to experiment more with spice teas or floral teas.
On the subject of generalizing a type of tea, I tried many of adagio's fruit based herbals and found them all to have to much hibiscus. But I didn't give up and continued trying ones until I found blood orange, which to me has the perfect balance of flavors for an herbal. I also found a number of flavored blacks were too artificial tasting but I love the vanilla during the fall and winter.
Life is like a cup of tea, savor it slowly or it will be gone too fast
