Origin tea is an excellent vendor of Oolongs, the Goashans are very nice, and the roasted stuff too! Also some nice Taiwanese stored puerh! I've ordered a lot from them and a yixing pot and I've been delighted each time!

EDIT: I'm from Ireland, and I found the normal shipping better than the EMS
