Hi everybody,
I get some teapots, most of them from 80´s and two have some red triangle stamp inside lid. If we read it right, is there 沧税验 cang shui yan and is look like some tax or custom control ?? Any information about it ? Baidu or google dont know..

Really nobody see this red mark ? I try ask few friends, collectors and they never see it...

Never see it before. Maybe it is just an ad hoc stamp of ownership. I have seen some pots marked with felt pen in red before and they doesn't mean anything except the owner wanted to mark it to say than it belong to him.
Yixing is rather porous and generally those who understand these teapots don't ink stamp or mark them with felt pen.

according to sources, its a "warehouse" marking
back in the 50-60s and earlier, tea and teaware importers mostly transacted through bank of china branches in their respective countries. the bank will hold the imported goods in the warehouse at a fee that they refer to as "cang shui". this practice is said to be continued till the early 80s or so.
