Broken lid, cheap fix?

by Muadeeb » Aug 9th, '14, 23:45

I bought this teapot from a fellow TC-er last summer, and it's been my main pot at work for roasted oolongs. I bought it with a chipped lid which had been repaired by the previous owner. Yesterday that chip came off again. It's still usable since the chip isn't deep enough to expose the water in the pot, but I don't want to keep it like this.

Does someone here do cheap repairs or want some practice? I didn't pay a lot for this pot so I wouldn't be too upset if I had to retire it or sell it off cheap. If someone wants it for $25, it's a good if slightly drippy pot, 150ml.
