Re: Where do you live?
Im currently residing in Kentucky. I love Kentucky but hate how majority of the state is closed minded. Ill eventually be moving away for work when I finish school in a few years.

As it says to the right, I live in LA, but my LA is more about bees and buckwheat

than movies and beaches. And I am NOT an Angeleno.

Buckwheat? I love buckwheat. Hard to find it where I live in MI though. Is it possible to buy it online (buckwheat)?

Residing in San Diego County. My San Diego is sage scrub and chaparral.

No, you can't likely grow that kind of buckwheat (Eriogonum fasciculatum- the bushy California buckwheat) in Michigan but you can grow the other kind of buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum- the edible seed buckwheat).

Re: Where do you live?
My buckwheats are definitely not culinary. The one pictured is Eriogonum cinereum (ashy leaf buckwheat), actually, not fasciculatum. You can get buckwheat grain online from lots of sources--I have found ordering from Bob's Red Mill easy and convenient, though I have not ordered buckwheat specifically. Many other specialty grocers and grain mills will have it, and of course Amazon does too.
I get mine from local health food stores and ethnic markets, and grow my Eriogonums for the beauty and bugs. This one is fasciculatum

I have three homes! Right now I am living in Boston where I'm going to school. My second home is in Jinan, Shandong province where my girlfriend lives (long story hahaha). My third home and hometown is Sonoma California, close to San Francisco.
