Another teapot with unknown marks

Helo again friends, in my land is not to usefull drink tea, and the interestabout teapots is quite limitated, all of my ones I'll buy in private homes carreing like souvenirs fron west lands, but I can not know wen in the most of the cases. This one for me is ones of the better's makeing tea, but I'm begining, like my english my tea pots yixing are completly aliens for me at the moment., Wath cou you say abou it, I only can tell that is handmade, an nothing else. thanks and regards

Many thanks, I'n sure Wan Yin Xuang name was used by lot of po makers, but coud you think in the aproximate date of the "fake", I'm makeing a list of marks, true or imitations, becaus most of the time we find imitation not real mastes tea pots. 1960-70-80-90, well for me will be a big hep, and if you are agree I'll provably post more photos of another marks to interest for them and meke a small private idex (not pivate sure) If you coud use I can say this pot codn't be made after 1985 more of less, bacause It was buyed by private neigbours in their marrige travel, arond the 80s meadel. well thanks for all
