8 oz and 4 oz tins

by Samovar » Oct 10th, '06, 14:10

I think it would be wonderful if Adagio would sell their 8 oz and 4 oz tins.

There are times when I like to blend the Adagio teas. I would prefer to have Agagio teas in Adagio tins.

i think they have already said no.

that said there are a TON of options out there. my favorite is the container store.

they even have stuff for bag teas. i have 2 of these and i love them. each time you open it you can smell your teas. it makes me feel that the thing is keeping my bag tea even fresher

In previous posts its been mentioned that they don't sell the empty tins because it wouldn't be cost effective once you add all the packaging needed to keep them from getting crushed

Drink more tea, get more tins, use the empty ones for your custom blends. :)

Since Adagio teas taste so wonderful, it's not difficult to order more teas! :D

please trust that if we were not buying them off the black market...

oh, was I not supposed to say anything about that?

Thanks for understanding why we are not providing extra tins at this time. At some point we hope we will be able to, but only when it will be a benefit to both us and our customers (nobody likes to recieve a damaged empty tin that they just paid for!).

Swimming in empty containers,
