Jing Tea Shop ?

I placed an order 10 days ago with Jing Tea Shop (China). Order is still processing, my card is debited and they don't return my emails. Is this typical?

Hmmm... I placed an order with them last month and it took a little over three weeks to arrive, and I think about ten of those days were processing. That's longer than I would prefer, but it's acceptable. The fact that they aren't returning your e-mails is a bit concerning though...

Heard back from Jing. They were in the process of relocating and didn't have access to their computers. The tea should be shipping soon.

Happened to me last year. Same thing with the same story... I'm not entirely sure how a shop can be relocating for so many months! But I got free samples as a result and everything arrived safe and sound and was very good

Yeah Jing generally isn't too good with communication, don't worry about it. I think my order from May is still processing according to their site, although I got the order in June. Their tea is worth the wait.

I was told it would ship no later than 2/13. We'll see. As long as I get it someday haha. Last time I ordered out of the country was artistic Nippon in Japan. Less than a week my package was here. They have exceptional service though.

I have dhp and tlh. It's too charcoaly for my taste. It overpowers the taste of the tea.
