My experience with koicha matcha, is that it give energy for the whole day, it is like a very strong energy drink, without any side effects.
Whenever I have a very active day, I just make one and it boost like a rocket. Only downside is that you should not do this every day, sencha is for every day, chinese green tea, but not koicha.
Hi guys, I am back from the dead.

Chill brah, everyone gets all up in arms about the littlest things, 30+ cups of tea every day and I might raise an eyebrow, but your chances of prostate cancer are probably only marginally higher, coffee has waaaay worse effects on the prostate, the issue is caffeine.teacupgangsta wrote:Be very careful with the amount you drink. There have been studies that have shown the caffeine from too much tea can stimulate prostate cancer in men over 40.
What will help you avoid prostate cancer more is relieving some stress in a healthy manner.
