I think there is some tea leave stuck in the ceramic filter because the pour was not smooth ( only at first, I guess only some holes are stuck ). My teapot have small ball ceramic filter.
I tried toothpick and it didn't quite work. What do you think?

Do not go poking around with anything in there. Just dry the pot fully and blow whatever is loose out. The rest will come out eventually.

Take a sharp toothpick and gently insert and twist. It works quite well.

Re: How to clean ceramic filter?
After a thorough hot water rinsing, I just let it dry thoroughly. The leaves have turned crispy. I gently dislodge them, they break up into pieces. Some fall into the kyusu, some into the spout. Then I just tap tap tap upside down onto to my hand. Everything falls out.
Or I do what Alex says.

Re: How to clean ceramic filter?
The only problem with the 'let dry thoroughly' method is that sometimes, and some places, I need to reuse the same pot too quickly to wait for leaves to dry. I usually start by trying to pour a little water backwards through the spout--from high up, a pour like this can often dislodge most of what is in the filter. And sometimes I just blow through the spout (making sure to rinse again with boiling or near boiling water afterwards. Occasionally I will resort to a broken bamboo skewer--broken to make a skinnier/sharper/softer tip, easier to nudge into some of the filter holes, but usually the backwards pour and blowing are sufficient.
